2024 Kingston Black
Kingston Black is a revered cider apple variety known for producing exceptional single-variety cider with a well-balanced blend of tannins, acidity, and natural sweetness. Originally from Somerset, England, this small, dark-skinned apple is prized for its deep, rich flavours and high juice content, making it a favourite among cider makers. The cider has a complex profile with bold tannic structure, crisp acidity, and notes of bittersweet fruit, with hints of spice, leather, and a dry, almost wine-like finish.
2022 Allington Pippin
A bright and aromatic single variety cider, crafted exclusively from Allington Pippin apples from the outstanding 2022 harvest. Renowned for their vibrant acidity and distinctive perfumed character, Allington Pippins bring a unique liveliness to this cider. Now, after two years in the bottle, that initial sharpness has softened, giving way to a more refined and elegant profile. Subtle floral notes, hints of citrus and ripe orchard fruit linger on the nose, while the palate offers a gently rounded freshness with a clean, dry finish.

2024 Ashmead's Kernel
A fresh and expressive single variety cider, crafted exclusively from Ashmead’s Kernel apples from the 2024 harvest. This much-loved heritage variety is prized for its vibrant acidity, aromatic depth, and natural balance of sweetness and spice. Bright and youthful in character, the cider opens with aromas of russet apple, pear skin, and citrus zest. On the palate, it’s crisp and lively, with a clean mineral edge and subtle hints of honey and spice.
2022 Black Dabinett
Black Dabinett is prized for its ability to produce a well-structured, full-bodied single-variety cider. A natural mutation of the classic Dabinett apple, Black Dabinett offers a deeper colour and intensified tannins. This dark-hued apple is harvested late in the season and has a rich, golden juice with a balanced mix of soft acidity and bold tannic depth. Our still Black Dabinett cider is smooth yet complex, featuring notes of citrus zest, leather, and spice, with a rounded, slightly honeyed sweetness.
