Our award-winning champagne method cider made from a range of dessert apples, including Ribston Pippin, Katy, and Ashmead’s Kernel. It has a bright, crisp character with lively acidity and delicate sweetness. Expect vibrant notes of green apple, citrus and a hint of pear, with a clean, refreshing finish.
Produced in 750ml bottles using the champagne method: aged on the lees, riddled, and disgorged by hand to remove the sediment.
